About the Founder
Sanjana Manglani
As an MBA student turned entrepreneur, I have always seen fashion as a powerful form of self-expression. My experience working in my family's business, which operates in a related niche, provided me with invaluable insights into the industry. The time spent with my father offered a foundation of knowledge and learning that cannot be replaced.
TilMil was born as a passion project, where I began designing custom onesies and t-shirts for my relatives' toddlers to celebrate birthdays and milestones. Recognizing the gap in the market and the absence of prominent players in this niche, I realized the potential of this idea. Encouraged by my loved ones, I took the brave step to turn it into a full-fledged business and pursued an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
I hope that when parents visit TilMil, they find something that resonates with them and their child. All our clothes are proudly manufactured and made in India.
